Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
